Belinda is an associate at Murray, Ziel, & Johnston, PLLC, having recently joined the firm. Her primary practice areas are Family Law, Immigration, Contract, and Sales (UCC).
Belinda attended Michigan State University College of Law, where she worked hard to graduate a semester early with Magna Cum Laude honors. While attending school she worked as a Teaching Assistant for the Contracts professor teaching the first year students. She was also a Teaching Assistant for Basic Income Tax and for a Comparative Law Contracts class taught to Australian Exchange Students. Belinda also received the Juris Prudence award in Secured Transactions.
During her time at MSU Law, Belinda interned for Michigan Protection and Advocacy, focusing on Special Education law. She also completed a certificate in Child and Family Advocacy, which included spending a semester in the MSU Law Chance at Childhood Clinic working on custody, guardianship, and adoption cases.
Prior to law school, Belinda received her Bachelors Degree in Child Development from Brigham Young University Idaho.
She now lives with her family in Rexburg, Idaho.
